This will be a national search and relocation will not be required.**We offer the following benefits as an employee of Voortman México S. de R.L. de C.V.**:- Free Company issued uniforms- Access to a Company credit card for business expenses- Travel pay- Overnight pay- Weekend pay whether you work or not- 15 days of base salary for your Christmas bonus every year to start- 12 days of paid vacation to start- We offer full medical insurance for employees and eligible dependents that is 100% paid for by the Company- 25% vacation premium paid in full after one year of service**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Completes safety checklists, progress reports, comprehensive reviews, and audits for required documentation, work schedule, including, but not limited to project order, drawings, schematics, manuals, etc.- Commission steel processing machines based on Acceptance Protocol including operation post-installation- Serves as person of contact for technical aspects of commissioning process at customer locations.- Delivers steel processing machine ready for use according to customer quality, drawings, and safety. requirements Completes testing and data collection to solve complex technical problems at root cause- Trains customers and operators on use and maintenance of machinery.- Creates specialized training programs and instruction to support client transfer of knowledge.- Identifies and records improvements (i.E., mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, software) based on own observation, signals from customers or directives from the organization.- Accountable for reporting on matters that can impact project budget.- Ensures accurate and timely submitting of business expenses, working hours, and daily work reports.- Identifies potential challenges and/or bottlenecks in the execution of allotted projects and reports them promptly to Team Leader/Project Management.- Additional duties as assigned by management.**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 80%.- Must be able to work three weeks on and one week off format.- Experience working in the steel manufacturing industry 3 - 4 years
