Field Service Engineer

This position will be responsible for the implementation and support of Honeywell engineering solutions, usually representing a smaller portion of a project or service opportunity, under close supervision of other project engineers or service technicians to successfully complete the scope of work within budgeted time and cost constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding engineering Honeywell Installed Base support to existing and new customers.Answering customer queries.Supporting HPS sales team.Liaising with the Solution Architect, Sales Team, SOL, FSM.Reporting and status updates as to the current support to HPS customers.YOU MUST HAVEHigh School Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems (Electronic Engineer, System Engineer, Electrical Engineer).Minimum 3 years of engineering experience as a customer support specialist.Knowledge in DCS Programming, PLC Programming, Honeywell System Experion, App Programming, Control Routine.Good command of English (Listening & Speaking).Availability to travel 50% of the time.WE VALUEExperience in programming PLC AB, PLC Siemens, Instrumentation, C#, Python, JavaScript, Visual Basic, and other high-level languages.Experience in SIS, Fire & Gas Systems, Instrumentation & Networking (Cisco).Additional InformationJOB ID: req467270Category: Customer ExperienceLocation: Av.
