.As part of Service Department, based in Mexico City, you will be responsible for our "Post Sales Service" in Mexico.
**The job**To become successful, reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities and tasks as Field Technical Service Representative will include, among others:- Responsible for service our analyzers and IT solutions.- Conduct preventive maintenance in our analyzers install base.- Responsible for achieve service goals cooperating with the team.- Manages positive customer relationships.- Achieve service targets as service contracts and new digital services.- Plan, organize, execute and follow up customers call visits.- Installation of instruments and customers use training.- Develops strong partnerships with sales team to aid in anticipating potential customer issues and uncover additional selling opportunities in accounts.- Performs on-call duties to cover weekends and overnights.- Compliance with all regulatory and company required documentation and service work orders.
