Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer who can provide exceptional support to our clients with complex needs. Also looking for a well experience mechanical engineer but no limited to this specialty. Strong knowledge in milling and crushing equipment is a plus.**Responsibilities**:- Support the customer during trouble shooting at site.- Work with FLSmidth experts to improve equipment performance.- Carry out assessment at FLSmidth equipment during operation and shutdown time, to identify the potential of performance achievable (Generalist point of view).- This field service will be the first instance between site and FLS experts abroad it means he or she must be able to communicate with technical office in proper technical terms.- Formulating recommendations and ensure that all quality records and reports are completed and present the same to the customer at customer site.- To maintain safety culture and report any unsafe equipment / condition / near miss to the immediate manager / supervisor.- Perform accurate and thorough work for quality results- Should be self-motivated with positive attitude and willingness to learn and perform.What you bring:- BA in Mechanical Engineer or similar- 5 years of experience with mining/cement industry, installation and or maintenance of equipment for this segment (grinding and crushing equipment)- Intermediate English- Availability to travel at a customer site 70% of the time- Driver's license- Good knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Office, Outlook,etc).- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Preferably experience in working with international colleagues.- This position is located in Zacatecas, MexicoWhat we offer- An equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.- A global network of supportive colleagues and growth opportunities.- Work-life balance so you can focus on professional and personal priorities.- Competitive benefit package including ife insurance, Health Insurance (Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores y Menores).- Savings Fund.- Vacation Time Accrual starting day one.- Christmas Allowance (Aguinaldo) of 1 Month.As an equal opportunity employer, FLSmidth embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
