Field Service Operations Leader - Energy Sector @ Monterrey

Oversee maintenance to keep energy assets operational.
Dispatch experts or vendors for repairs and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with teams for maintenance and system issues.
Manage warranties, spare parts, and inventory.
Track onsite interventions with providers and manufacturers.
Ensure O&M compliance and optimize asset performance.
Use digital tools for managing service requests and schedules.
Monitor key metrics like uptime and repair times.
Ensure administrative compliance with vendors.
Manage technicians for maintenance and repairs of energy equipment.|Serve as main contact, ensuring service satisfaction.
5+ years of experience in the energy sector, focusing on operations, maintenance, or field service.
Strong background in Field Service Management and Customer Support.
Proven experience in O&M. Skilled in managing technical issues and coordinating stakeholders.
Experience with warranties, service contracts, and vendor management.
Proficient in scheduling, dispatching, and using digital tools like CMMS.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
Valid visa for travel to the United States.
Salary range of $50,000 with superior benefits.
Based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
Hybrid work: 2-3 days from home per week.
Potential international travel.
