Job Characteristics: Responsible for providing technical support to current customers.
Able to troubleshoot a resolve basic service support challenges.
Demonstrates the ability to work in a safety focused environment.
Able to provide more technical service support: installation, calibration and ongoing maintenance.
Developing an understanding of business, products/services, & account needs.
Assists with training customers.
