Support dealers and customer on technical subjects in person or remotely.Train dealers' and customers' technicians on Thermo King products knowledge to help their development.Stays connected to Thermo King engineering, training, quality and warranty teams bringing issues in the field and quality matters to their attention and giving feedback to the dealers and customersResponsibilities :Provide technical consult to customers and dealersTrain the technicians of the dealers and customers in their area under his / her responsibilityAudit dealer network to ensure their improvementDefine new areas in which Thermo King should have new dealers' location to better support our customersResolve technical problems and respond to dealers' inquiries.Propose improvement to Thermo King products and coordinate the implementation of these improvements to improve equipment reliabilityQualificationsGraduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic EngineeringProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge in refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systemsProficiency in English and Portuguese is an advantageWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
