****Salary: $4,000 USD per month; extra 13th month paid in December****Duties/Essential Job Functions**:- Install new systems and upgrades at customer sites throughout Mexico, USA, and backup South America- Perform all mechanical, electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting and integration- Read schematics, electrical drawings, system diagrams, and utilize electronic media- Conduct product specific system familiarization training onsite for end users- Provide aid, support, and training to our customers in professional manner- Perform equipment inspections and onsite system audits- Provide detailed timely follow-up to Pressco management team, OEM's and customers- Submit trip reports, timecard entry, and expense reports on time- Majority of time spent on customer field assignments; **travel up to 100% is required****Minimum Qualifications**:- Bilingual; Fluent in English, Spanish (required)- Technical degree, military experience, or certified trade training- 5+ five years' experience troubleshooting and repair of computers, electro-mechanical, and/or pneumatic systems- Current or recent Field Service experience strongly preferred- Must be technically savvy; innovative, quick to learn and adapt to new technology- Computer Skills; high degree of competency with Windows platforms, OS navigation, MS Office products, hardware/software, and network troubleshooting- Must have excellent demonstrated writing skills, and be able to document detailed reports- Must have a positive professional attitude and be customer focused- Must be detail oriented, well organized, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills- Exceptional at managing time and able to complete assigned projects independently- Must be experienced at planning and performing preventative maintenance- Thorough follow-up is a key responsibility and expectation for this job- Must be flexible and open to a fluid schedule and working environment**Additional Desired Skills and Experience**:- High Speed Vision experience or other (Vision, X-Ray, Infra-Red, Magnetic, etc.)
