Field Service Representative

**Career Area:**:Manufacturing & Supply Chain**Job Description:**:Position ObjectiveThis position serves as a company technical and administrative representative, and deals with customer service assignment including on-site preventive maintenance and inspection service work.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronical Engineering, plus one - two years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance or the equivalent in years of work-related experienceExcellent planning and organizational skillsProven background in customer relationshipExcellent communication and reporting skillsProven Spanish / English languages fluencyDemonstrated ability and knowledge of Solar Policies and Key Performance Indicators In-depth computer skills (e.G. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)Must have basic knowledge of methods and experience in the maintenance of various equipment associated with primary and utility equipment.Must be able to proactively recognize electrical/mechanical abnormalalities and potential safety problems and take appropriate action to prevent a serious safety hazard from developing and causing damage to equipment.Must be able to Provide daily reports to the relevant manager on projects or daily work. Keep abreast of pending work and personnel required to complete the projects.
