As a Field Service Technician you will transfer to customer plant for diagnosis and repair of equipment to Branson specification.In this role your responsibilities will be: Provide training programs on various Branson technologies upon client request.Provide remote support to clients via telephone or email.Identify and correct tooling setup problems on the client's production line.Application of policies and strategies to obtain short-term results (1 year or less).The issues are difficult or of moderate complexity.Influences external people (client) in area of responsibility regarding procedures, practices, and policies.For this role you will need: 1 to 3 years of technical experience required.Engineering (Automation, Electric, Electronics, Mechanicals).Good electro/mechanical skills (electrical & electronics).Ability to read and interpret design and layout drafting.Ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes at field.Must possess a valid driver's license and US visa.Good communications skills in both written and oral form.Ability to lift 50 pounds.Service oriented.Fluent communication in English.Ability to travel.Based in Queretaro area.Who you are: Branson Ultrasonics Corp, business unit of Emerson Automation Solutions, is WW leader in design and manufacturing of ultrasonic equipment used in plastic joining, metal welding and cleaning solutions.
