GreenStruxure is a partnership combining Schneider Electric's industry leading energy management and microgrid expertise with Huck Capital's sustainability-focused investment and operational focus. This partnership creates an innovative alternative for building owners and operators who want to transition to renewable energy to lower emissions, increase resiliency, and reduce costs, without investing in renewable energy assets and relying on specialists to operate the microgrid.
By offering Energy As A Service solutions under an outcome based model, GreenStruxure ambitions to simplify the market adoption of microgrids, that until now could be a very custom, complex and expensive process by providing standardized, modular, pre-engineered solutions. GreenStruxure's pipeline projects 5 megatons of greenhouse gas savings. GreenStruxure Energy Services contracted with C&I customers help them reach their ESG goals (decarbonizing their energy consumption), limit their exposure to cost variations (demand charge management) and secure business continuity (resilience) thanks to onsite generation powered by unique digital edge and cloud capabilities.

Showing a strong customer satisfaction and efficiency acumen, combined to an excellent capacity to evaluate and appreciate technical situations and a proven ability to drive resolution of complex issues, GreenStruxure's Director of Asset Management and Field Services organizes and manages the teams in charge of ensuring that assets under management are kept in perfect operating conditions and outperform their expected production. This is achieved in the cost framework defined upstream during the brick development process, and supported by contracts with all third parties involved, OEM partners with warranties covering the equipment they supply and O&M service providers for all over activities.
He/She will engage and coordinate internal or external resources needed, demonstrating a strong direct and functional management capability.
He/She leverages internal and external tools made available by the organization and keeps his team to the highest levels of training on these tools.
Essential Responsibilities In collaboration with Energy Asset Operations and Engineering SME's, the Field Services & Asset Mgnt Director is responsible for:
During Bricks Architecture development Participation to the selection and definition of the bricks to optimize the TCOService strategy to support the expected performance of the asset over the lifetimeAsset Management Plan definitionServices operations execution strategyNegotiation of service contracts with O&M to execute the AMPNegotiation of warranties with OEM supporting the AMPParticipation to the specification of the Service tools and dedicated applications During Project development Asset Management Plan Cost Estimates for special projects (when assets not covered in the asset brick library) to support a quoteSupport to the project cost optimization once the project is in tendering/negotiation phase, when applicable. During asset operations Interactions with Offtakers and Asset Owners, whatever the nature of the request, outbound or inboundWhen appropriate, monitoring of asset performance in the digital platformLog Case management (Registration, qualification, scheduling, dispatch, updates)Service requests & operations management with appropriate owners (internal or external), preventive or corrective, onsite or remote when possibleManagement of OEM warranties, onsite intervention, spare partsFulfilment of service contracts by O&M providersTraining and work delegation with team members Qualifications This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements:
