You will be leading projects in different technologies for all our costumer in Mexico, you will be in touch with technical areas like Project Management, Customer Engineering, Deployment, Costumer Care, B&P, Logistic, Supply Chain and many other project stakeholders in Mexico and around the world.**What you will learn and contribute to**As part of the team, you will:- Manage internal resources, developing competencies through the training plan, coaching, best practice sharing, etc.- Ensure resource readiness (internal, 3rd party supplier) and availability with relevant competencies according to needs of all projects planned on the assigned geography.- Work with the relevant team, the country 3rd party supplier strategy, defines local standard service catalogues and participates to supplier selection and supplier performance review process.- Act as a professional advisor regarding 3rd party supplier overall operational performance (quality, costs, etc.) mitigating any quality issues- Contribute on the offer preparation / tendering costing and dimensioning of Field internal resource validation and supplier capacity in own geography.- Responsible for being the escalation point any unresolved issue.- Responsible for the cost and quality efficient execution of all field services so that they respect customers Service Level Agreements (SLAs), scope of work, quality requirements and control process execution.- Lead costumer meetings to drive the project success- Manage and Follow-up best practices of IT Management System ISO 27001- Be the supplier Relationship Management and Development- Contribute with the Health & Safety Management**Your skills and experience**You have:- Telecom, Electrical or Electronic Engineers are welcome or have a similar degree with solid working and practical experience.- Fluent in English- Eight (8) years of experience in the same position.- Deep Knowledge of Fixed, Optical and IP Networks- Performs and coordinates day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives- Based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon - preferred
