.Conduct field-based assessments in support of specialized services within a line of business.Conduct desktop-based remediation process (Online and Offline CAPA review, re-grades, and documentation review) and deliver high and consistent quality of result within required timeframe.Conduct analysis of internal factory systems and how they relate to the overall effectiveness of the system.Ability to identify steps required to implement internal changes and create a plan to complete each task.As needed, support the development and implementation of tools and training at the factory level.Support the Program Manager and Team Leader, as needed, in specific project-based work in CBCI and Operations.Support Program Manager in development of training content related to advisory services and assist in delivery of trainings in local language and English.Review reports, content and language, before submission to Team Leader.Coordinates field work, assist with logistics and tracks works. Provide on-the-ground research support relating to assigned geographic region.Participate in team development.Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.Minimum Requirements:University degree in related field.Bi-lingual w/ English for all international hires; bi-lingual preferred for U.S. hires.Two years work experience in CSR-related field or social compliance auditing is preferred.Written and verbal communication skills in English required, proficiency in a secondary language preferred.Strong skills in internet research and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Knowledge of labor laws, international labor standards and human rights issues preferred.Ability to work in a multicultural environment.Proficient in analyzing and problem-solving skills.Proficient skill in inter-human communication with factory management.What you'll experience working at UL Solutions:Mission: For UL, corporate and social responsibility isn't new.
