A field supervisor will provide instruction and supervision on day-to-day well site.
**As a FIELD SUPERVISOR I, you will be responsible for**:
- Providing onsite services by measuring, testing, and supervising the running of fluid mixing and pumping, including technical analysis and specific product and practical recommendations for controlling fluid properties.
- Providing effective customer service to rig-site customers and coordinators information regarding progress and solutions to problems.
- Making occasional sales calls on the field and field office level or accompany Sales Representative performing the same function.
- Providing support to assist operations with environmentally safe drilling fluids available while optimizing the well-bore construction process and maximizing our customers' production.
- Provides ongoing support to assist operations in providing our customers the most effective, environmentally safe drilling fluids available while optimizing the well-bore construction process and maximizing our customers' production.
- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have two years technical college degree and significant experience as a Field Specialist
- Be able to fluently communicate in English and Spanish.
