Location: Latin America, Mexico, Coatzacoalcos Veracruz- Ref: JOHNCRANELATAM00905- Division: John Crane- Job Function: After Sales Service Repair**Job Description**:Provide technical advice to our clients to solve bad actors in the field and make appropriate technical proposals to solve recurring problems of our teams that are operating in our clients' plants.Duties & ResponsibilitiesFUNCTIONS, ACTIVITIES AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES - Schedule visits to customers. - Visit our clients to provide adequate support to each client regarding their needs with the technical specifications of the products handled by John Crane.- Prepare general installation arrangement drawings complying with customer requirements and design standards set by John Crane. Applies to the equipment where the service is performed.- Perform revisions and clarifications of drawings with internal and external clients.- Supervise the installation and assembly of John Crane equipment (seals, couplings and lubrication systems) at the customer's plants.
