**Descripción del puesto**: Technical Analysis of business problems and requirements- Developing and enhancing Appian based solution- Interact with the product management team in understanding requirements and providing estimates, high-level design, and detailed design for product and customer enhancements.- Assist in establishing coding, and software design approaches and standards and following them.- Meet customer commitments in delivering high-quality code on or ahead of schedule- Staying up to date with technology advancement and ensuring our product technology stack is optimized for strategic growth.- Being a team player with the ability to collaborate in idea sharing in a strong product setting.- Adhering to Agile Sprints, Delivery Framework, and SDLC best practices.- Displaying strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
**Basic Qualifications for Consideration**:- A technology leader with vision and a view to continuous improvement- Experience in Incident, Problem & change management- Performed Database Refresh tasks for Test and Production Servers- Familiarity with ITIL and SDLC life cycle phases- Install/execute and fine-tune Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, and User Defined Functions.- Handled Performance Tuning and Optimization with strong analytical troubleshooting skills for quick issue resolution in mission-critical environments- Strong working knowledge of the Windows operating environment- Strong working knowledge of IIS- Extensive experience with SQL programming language and scripting- Oracle Database Knowledge- Ability to work on complex technical issues- SQL, PL/SQL, and Hyperion SQR Production Reporting**Requisitos**:- Education - Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science- At least 6+ years of relevant experience- 100% Bilingual (Spanish-English) (Advanced English)- Availability to travel to USA 40% of the time (Occasional weekend and holiday work required)- VISA and Passport**Beneficios**:- Base salary: Undefined.
