Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting guidelines, and relevant industry standards, keeping the firm and clients in full legal and financial compliance. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their accounting needs and providing valuable financial advice. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and systems, streamlining operations for increased efficiency. Coach, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a skilled and motivated workforce. Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Advanced English. Proven experience (5 years) in a senior accounting role, preferably within a Big 4 firm. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, able to inspire and motivate teams. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
