**What will you do?**
- Monitoring and tracking to Assets under Construction (AUC).
- Forecast of monthly CAPEX, depreciation, and leasing.
- Annual budget for CAPEX, depreciation, and leasing.
- Planning and coordination of physical inventory of assets.
- Scrapping and disposal of machinery, tooling, and equipment.
- Compliance of Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines applicable to Property, Plant and Equipment.
- Analysis of depreciation and leasing expense.
- FICO Reconciliation in SAP for Fixed assets.
- Monitoring of the investment projects over the years in collaboration with the PM, following up the Capex Guideline.
- Creation of internal orders according to the project budget and investment budget of the fiscal year.
- Approval of investment order requests.
- Be a strong key player, who collaborates with staff and senior management to provide proactive support and consultation, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand deviations, and support on the development of complex analysis.
- I/C Asset transfers.
- CAPEX Projects of Monterrey Factory, in coordination with staff, managers and senior management to assure the accuracy.
- Internal controls for assets management.
- Prepare and send the CAPEX report to North America HQ and factory.
- One direct report under your supervision.
**What will you need to succeed?**
- Degree in Business Administration, accounting, engineering or related.
- At least 3 years of working experience.
- You can manage large number of assets (around 4,000 assets).
- You have a manufacturing process understanding.
- You recognize digitization as an opportunity and productivity driver.
- Strong SAP and MS Excel skills.
- Desired Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools for big data analysis, and/or other digital tools.
- Advanced English.
- Effective communication, presentation, and networking skills. Inspire and motivate others to deliver better results.
- You take ownership and can work independent, and you take initiative.
- Your strengths collaboration attitude and execution as well as a flair for mastering complexity and building trust with others.
