POSITION OBJECTIVE
Support CAPEX operation generating & reviewing financial information
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Capex reports under daily, weekly & monthly basis
Review & validate actual financial performance vs planning
Support business partners from all Areas (production, quality, engineering, planning, logistic, management, human ressources, security, maintenance,)
Update & review volume production information
Perform month end journal entries and account reconciliation
Participate in the Budget / Forecast process covering Capex operations
Collaborate with finance team in Canada, Juarez and Austria
Review & validate business cases on investment projects
Work on lean strategy and optimization of financial process
Present financial information related with Capex
Follow BRP values and behaviors
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics
Enforce Quality BRP policy
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Number of Idoos per year
Quality (right the first time)
On time (delivers work when it's needed)
Finance survey (customer service & lean process)
Excel
Sap
Databases
**Education**:
**Bachelor**: Business administration / accounting / finance
**Experience**:
Min. 1/7 -years experience in similar positions.
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
