POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Finance Business Partner Sr leads & coordinates the Plant's financial affairs, reviewing
major economic objectives & policies for the Plant. The Finance Business Partner Sr also
supports the financial well-being of the Site by providing financial projections & accounting
services, preparing plans & leading staff. Plans financial operational initiatives by forecasting
capital, facilities & staff requirements. Provides financial analysis of operations by evaluating
trends, studying expense opportunities, establishing critical measurements & solving
problems.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing all aspects of accounting operations.
Oversee the financial operations of the Plant
Analyzing financial results with respect costs, trends & compliance with budgets.
Issue regular status & ad hoc reports to Senior management.
Forecast financial performance.
Lead Financial staff & guide members of the Finance team.
Budgeting & expense control.
Understand & mitigate key elements of the Site's risk profile.
Providing strategic guidance around capital expenses.
Developing & maintaining all necessary accounting policies & systems.
Assisting Senior management in financial planning & results. Work with other team
members to understand costs, expenses, cost drivers & define appropiate reports for
tracking.
Participate in the Plant's objectives & supporting tactical initiatives.
Report KPIs that support the strategic direction.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.
Ensure a good work environment by following up the Officevibe tool.
