**POSITION**:Finance Analyst**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Prepare financial reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies.- Coordinating with other members of team to review financial information.- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.- Guide cost-analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.- Identifying and driving process improvements, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards- Develop financial models to support valuation, planning- Aid in internal audit processes- Properly assess the financial state of individuals, corporations, and other organizations- Secure highly sensitive and confidential financial data and information- Compile detailed financial reports using calculations, data, and other client-provided information- Use information to assemble extensive financial databases- Suggest and create financial action plans for companies and individuals- Work closely with other team members in order to achieve company goals- Secure highly sensitive and confidential financial data and information.- Streamline daily business operations to find ways to cut costs, maximize sales, and increase profits.**Applicant Skills**:- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills- Attention to detail and accuracy- Time management to meet deadlines- Advanced English Skills (speaking and writing)**QUALIFICATIONS**:- EDUCATION: Minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting required.- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting / finance.
