You will report directly to ourFinance Manager and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a hybridwork schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on thefinancial performance of the company by providing accurate and timely financialthoughtfulness, identifying areas for improvement, and driving efficiency infinancial processes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze financial data and provideinsights to facilitate decision-making.Prepare financial reports andpresentations for management review.Assist in budgeting and forecastingprocesses.Monitor and analyze financialperformance against targets.Identify areas of cost savings andprocess improvements.Work with cross-functional teams toensure accurate financial reporting Responsible for month end GLanalysis, adjusting journal entries, accruals and reconciliations, billingprocess for several vendors.YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in financial thoughtfulness or related rolesExperience with SAP or other financial systemsAdvanced Excel skillsStrong thoughtfulness and problem-solving skillsProficiency in financial modeling and data thoughtfulness toolsExcellent communication and presentation skillsIntermediate English level
