- Assume general accounting responsibilities, such as day to day activities and closing process in SAP or Infor.
- Prepare journal entries, such as accruals, payroll, amortizations, factoring and analysis (AR and AP) and intercompany billing among other Business Units.
- Prepare account reconciliations for different Balance Sheet and P&L accounts among different Business Units
- Able to identify variances in the P&L.
- Identify problem areas and take corrective actions.
- Participate in the month end accounting process and assists with general ledger maintenance.
- Assist the accounting team with day to day supporting internal and external activities including the preparation of internal reporting schedules.
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 1 year minimum of Accounting/Finance experience.
- Business level English required
- Ability to manage a heavy/diverse workload in a changing environment
- Strong working knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Multi-task oriented, responsible, and organized
- Ability to meet deadlines and to improve processes
- Actively demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Result oriented
