YouXL.Net is looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8 a.M. – 5 p.M. CST, and will be fully remote.We are looking for individuals with the ability to multitask, problem-solve, proactively answer questions, and work collaboratively with the XL.Net team. Outstanding listening and communication skills are a must.Individual ResponsibilitiesConsolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, forecasts, etc.) considering the company's goals and financial standing.Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models.Identify trends, advise the company, and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis.Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field.Handle the end-to-end process for Accounts Receivable, including client invoicing and past-due collections.Handle the end-to-end process for Accounts Payable, including client vendor payment and maintenance.Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.QualificationsProven working experience as a Finance AnalystProficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applicationsHands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysisWell-informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environmentsBS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $28,000.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 10/10/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
