**About this opportunity**This position is a professional accounting position requiring knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, taxes and financial reporting.
The Finance Analyst will support the territory office in Mexico by performing day to day accounting and administrative procedures, as assigned.
This position will report to the Senior Finance Manager and is responsible for performing the duties described, in an effective and efficient manner.
**In this role, you will**- Control theprocess of fiscal collections receipts ensuring the timely submission to our clients.- Support OTC processes to ensure operational success in coordination with the shared service center, operations, and sales teams.- Prepare monthly reconciliations for specific GL accounts.- Prepare monthly reconciliation of volumes and revenue.- Prepare specific journal entries in relation to bank transactions, credit card collections, revenue recognition and AR provisions.- Support month end close process and quarterly reporting.- Preparation and completion of other projects and tasks that may be required from time to time.
**In this role, you'll need **- Bachelor's degree in accounting or administration.- A minimum of two years of experience performing accounting duties.- Experience with an integrate ERP accounting system, SAP is a plus.- Microsoft office skills with an emphasis on Excel.- Natural curiosity to understand general business practices.- Ability to perform detail-oriented work, manage multiple tasks, be a proactive problem solver, critical thinker and work independently.- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills- Analytical thinking, adaptable to change, multitasking, fast learning, effective communication, ability to solve problems, teamwork, initiative, attitude of service, work under pressure.- Must be hands-on, participative, fast-paced.- Proven track record in meeting deadlines- English - Basic level**Sound like a good fit?
