At Omron Healthcare México, we are looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager with residence in México City.SUMMARYThe Financial and Accounting Manager is directly accountable for the preparation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
They are responsible for reporting, analysis, and overall business intelligence (BI).
The Manager will monitor and analyze the business's key financial performance indicators across all departments to ensure that annual financial targets are met.MAIN ACTIVITIESOversees the annual external and internal audits of the business unit, collaborating with the Finance department and accounting consultants and other relevant departments as necessary.Collaborate with the Managing Director and relevant departments (finance, legal, HR) to gather and review corporate expenses.Gather and review the actual expenses versus the budgeted expenses for the business unit departments (Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, and SCM).Responsible for the data collection and commentary pertaining to business operations for J-SOX.
Performs self-checks and self-assessments.Compliance:Ensures that the business unit members adhere to Omron Management rules and policies.
