Misión del cargo: You will work closely with our executive team, investors, funders, and partners to provide financial insights that will drive our business Funciones del cargo: 1. Financial analysis and reporting to investors and debt holders: Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making, identify trends, risks and opportunities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for investors and debt holders, monitor covenants and portfolio collateral levels Develop and maintain relationships with investors and debt holders 2. Executing due diligence for fundraising and funding activities: Preparing due diligence reports and company analyses for potential investors and funders Support the fundraising process, including reviewing terms and agreements, and coordinating with legal teams to close transactions Conduct research on potential funding sources and investors 3. Financial modeling and financial planning: Develop and maintain financial models to support business forecasting and decision-making Analyze financial scenarios and conduct sensitivity analyses Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial plans and budgets 4. Analysis of special projects, financial products, and strategic initiatives: Execute strategic projects (e.G., market expansion, new technologies, returns analysis, audits, financial rating processes, etc.) Analyze credit products, performance, IRRs, cashflows, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new strategic initiatives Requisitos: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field Recently graduated or with up to 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis Strong analytical, critical thinkingand problem-solvingskills.You love identifying, solving issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English.You are good with people Proficiency in Excel
