**Finance Associate Project Manager**:

Execution (or execution of dedicated part) of FTOM transition and OTHER projects impacting FAO SLP, delegated by the Group and following the pipeline of Finance Transformation Program that is one of core group initiatives.
**This position reports to**:
Transformation Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leads independently or together with Transformation Manager projects delegated from the Global PMO and FTP/FTOM pipeline.
- Follows global and local guidelines, allocates properly project tasks, motivates and monitors direct and indirect resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
- Provides regular performance feedback.
- Implements transition roadmap, governance, documents repository, risk management; follows global guidelines if exist and adjust them accordingly.
- Ensures that the project follows execution of ABB financial policies and best practices gathered by Global FTOM/FTP PMO.
- Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization.
- Identifies and manages project risks and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
Captures, analyses and shares lessons learned throughout the project.
Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as agreed.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with Front Office and HUB Finance TL's, acts as key contact for them and an escalation point for project issues.
- Executes proper governance assuring that all stakeholders have the right in-formation at the right moment according to confidentiality of the project and NDA's signed.
- Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
**Your background**:

- Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, management as an asset.
- Min.
3 years of experience in finance operations (P2P/O2C/R2R) or transition management.
- Experience in multiple projects to be run in parallel.
- Ability to work under high time pressure for several projects in parallel with virtual teams and stakeholders across all time zones.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and excellent communication skills.
