The role of the Finance Business Partner is to develop and drive the financial strategy & business performance. The finance business partner may attend Brand Leadership Teams or other Leadership Teams and will focus on delivering finance support to drive the best decision making process.This will include providing Finance Business Partnering in the following areas:- Dynamic resource allocation to meet Category/RTM growth priorities.- BMI & OVHs control.- Strategically influence stakeholders.- Active participation in S&OP Process, the risk and opportunities discussed in those meetings and translate to P&L.- Reporting full P&L each month across NoLA.- Forecasting MEX total P&L.- Analysis financial scenarios aligned with Global Targets.- Digital Transformation in line with business expectation.Key Interactions- Business partners- Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, CD and BI Community- Present results to direct team of Brand Directors & Managers.- Finance business partners- FET team (Category, Local and Supply chain Finance)Key Accountabilities- Strategic Planning- Partner with MKT Team in business modelling, P&L forecasts, competitor benchmarking, shadow P&Ls, among other activities.- Identify value opportunities that require a particular intervention / project support from Finance Business Partner resources and allocate resources as appropriate.
