Responsabilidades / Responsibilities Job Purpose Drive achievement of SBU results and strategic goals through recommendations, decision support and influence in the country management team with a Total Enterprise mindset. Role scope considers full P&L (i.e., Revenue, Cost, Sales Controlling and OpEx).
Responsibilities Complete monthly the financial performance assessment of SBU results at a country level including analysis intended to drive value creation through revenue growth and profit growth in the portfolio and customer dimensions. Actively participate as a member of the LAN Business Finance Organization from a thought and knowledge perspective fostering standardization, best practice sharing and adoption and an integral view of the business through the design, implementation, tracking, benchmarking and ongoing review of business and process KPIs. Lead the capital investment requests relevant to the SBU partnering with the manufacturing and supply chain teams to develop analysis driving the capital allocation process. Facilitate communication of results, strategies and priorities between the LA, LAN, Central Finance and Country teams as relevant. Perform as lead for the financial forecast of results for the SBU working in partnership with the LAN FP&A team withing the IBP process. Perform as financial lead for the relevant projects for the SBU/Country in the New Product Process. Drive SKU Profitability by leading profit analysis in pricing decisions. Requisitos / Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Required Undergrad in Business, Accounting, Economy or Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in profitability analysis (financial planning, budget & business finance). Advanced English. Demonstrated strength in leadership, interpersonal communications, critical thinking. Proven ability to problem solution, identify key issues and root causes, and propose diverse alternative solutions. Expected to exercise sound judgment and operate in partnership with commercial teams. SAP, Excel advanced, and accounting process knowledge.
