**Company Description**Reporting to the John Crane Regional Controller to lead the finance support provided to John Crane Mexico. Working closely with the local senior management to drive business performance, provide high quality financial analysis and the presentation of financial information to support decision. Working with the Financial Control and Finance Shared Service teams to ensure accurate and high-quality accounting and compliance.**Responsibilities including but not limited to**:Financial management of the business (sales & operations facility) with approximately $50m of annual revenue.**Business Partnering**:Preparation of annual budgets and provision of forecasts throughout the yearManage the business' cash conversion, support credit control and sales team in reducing Aged DebtorsMonitor revenue and order book with the Sales teamProvide business partnering services to JC Mexico including margin/stock/productivity analysis.**Accounting and Reporting**:Manage the monthly accounting journals for revenue recognition, rebates, inventory and LTR (long term receivables) contractsHave oversight of the accounting undertaken by the Finance Shared Service team (shared Month end check list tasks)**Compliance**Management of relationship with local third-party regulatory bodies (banks, auditors, tax authorities etc.)Management of the JC Mexico Control Environment & Delegation of AuthorityCoordination and management of Internal and External Audits procedures**Qualifications** Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:Finance or related Bachellor Degree Master in Controlling- Preferably with strong business partnering background.Minimum Ten years accounting or controlling experienceFluent in English - spoken and writtenDemonstrable people management/leadership experience.
