Team overview and job responsibilitiesJob responsibilities- This section explains the job activities that the person will own.- Verify, analyze and approve the correct generation of the weekly payroll of the intercompany in the system.-- Generate and record all expenses and payroll payments made weekly by obtaining the corresponding policies from the system and registering them in the Mfg Pro.-- Provide the Treasury with the weekly cash flow related to the amounts of payroll and social security and / or services that will be paid in the corresponding week.-- Schedule payments to suppliers by reviewing the documentation that supports the invoice and authorization signatures, to ensure compliance with payment policies and procedures according to their due date, selecting them in the Mfg/Pro system in the payment selection option, so that suppliers receive their payment in a timely manner.-- Record the expenses derived from the Company's social security, confirming in the Mfg/Pro System the data of the receptions and/or generating the respective vouchers, to create the liability to be paid.-- Generate the invoices for sales of services and expenses in the MfgPro system and printing the document for shipment to the customer and subsequent collection.-- Support in the Internal Audit for SOX purposes.-- Attention of External Auditors and Social Security, preparing the necessary special reports.-- Prepare monthly reports of the expenses generated by payrolls in all companies (GCM, GCA and GCNM).-- Control and Investment of the Workers' Savings Fund.- Who are we looking for?- Public Accounting degree or related-- Minimum 2 or 3 years of relevant experience in the area.-- Knowledge in SOX and MFG Pro system.-- Mexican accounting principles and IRFS-- Advanced level Microsoft Excel.-- Teamwork, Pro-activity and Leadership.- Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities, who will enhance the quality of service and contribute to the Group's success.
