.**PRIMARY OBJECTIVE**:The **AA Mexico Finance Director** provides financial leadership to the business, plays a key role in establishing and achieving financial objectives, as well as in formulating and executing on business strategies. This role partners with the Affiliate Management Team to balance long-term strategies with near-term business needs.Additionally, is responsible for ensuring that there are internal controls in place to adequately safeguard the company's assets and to ensure that the company's financial reporting and general business practices are following company financial policies, official requirements, and generally accepted accounting principles.**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Work with the Affiliate Management Team, Area Finance Director and Centers of Excellence platforms to meet worldwide financial commitments by providing financial insights and recommendations that will lead to effective business decisions.- Overall responsibility for Aesthetics Affiliate Financial Planning submissions of Plan, Updates and LRP, as well as the finance governance for transfer pricing, cash flow, balance statement, and internal controls. Responsible for the management, review, oversight, and approval of all Affiliate monthly management reporting requirements.- Support AFD and wider ALT to maximize affiliate P&L and implement strategic business decisions as a key participant across all business units. Ensure that the analytical and reporting requirements are met in a high quality and timely manner.- Lead S&OP Affiliate Process in partnership with commercial, pricing, customer service, demand, supply, and regional SOP lead.- Provide expert strategic decision partnering in Brand Teams, providing suggestions and challenging all brand and business projects related activities- Direct responsibility for all AA Finance operations, working with both local and Area Pharma, CoE, Commercial teams.- Lead reporting activities for Sales, SG&A, Distribution Margin foremost through in-depth modelling of the sales trend indications, maintaining area and global templates.- Ensure that financial controls are in place to provide for adequate protection of the LATAM Region South assets and for the accurate and timely reporting of financial results in compliance with company policies and regulated reporting requirements.- Be an active and integral member of the Affiliate Management Team, which includes presenting the financial operating results of the business, providing advice and support to the other team members, being actively involved in the decision making process, contributing to the development and implementation of the business strategy.- Coordinate the preparation of the annual Long-Range Plan, annual Plan, annual Update, monthly Latest Best Estimates to ensure that they are achievable and consistent with overall business and Area objectives
