Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support long-term financial strategies.Perform in-depth financial analysis to evaluate cost structures, profitability, and investment opportunities.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with International and other relevant standards.Lead audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including aerospace-specific financial and export control regulations.Identify cost-saving initiatives, optimize financial processes, and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to optimize cost of goods sold (COGS) and enhance overall profitability.Provide financial guidance to support strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and new product development.Partner with executive leadership to align financial goals with company strategy and ensure financial alignment on business objectives.Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.Oversee risk management initiatives, including insurance and credit risk assessment, relevant to the aerospace manufacturing environment.Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and continuous learning.Promote cross-functional collaboration and financial literacy across the organization.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in manufacturing or aerospace sectors.Strong knowledge of aerospace financial regulations, cost accounting, and capital management.Proven track record of financial leadership in a high-stakes, compliance-driven environment.Exceptional analytic, communication, and problem-solving skills.Be part of a leading manufacturing company envisioning, designing, and delivering solutions for the aerospace industry.Attractive compensation package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
