This role will also be responsible for leading the financial planning cycle including PSP, AOP, and forecast scenarios for Operations OpEx, Capex, and Commodities. Ensure capital and Opex budget execution in line with Plan for the Sector.Your ImpactStrategic advisor of the SVP of Operations and CFO in PMF to drive the Operations' strategic agenda to maximize ROIC and reduce Cost to Serve.Lead the financial planning cycle including PSP, AOP, and forecast scenarios for Operations OpEx, Capex, and Commodities.Provide financial leadership in support of various strategic initiatives including restructuring activities, make vs. buy analytics, and impacts resulting from New Product Development and potential product line exits.Partner with LatAm Manufacturing, Procurement, SC, Engineering, and R&D Leadership teams to drive annual productivity initiatives.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Advanced proficiency in business English both oral and written, including technical lexicon.10+ years of experience in Finance roles both internally and externally within an FMCG environment.Proven record in delivering strategic change, results, and customer expectations.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios.Ability to work with people of different levels of the organization including senior management.Ability to lead teams and develop people into high-performing individuals.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.Development programs according to Leadership skills.Specialized training according to the role
