.Finance Director - MexicoMeaningful Work From Day OneBrown-Forman Mexico operates in a complex, hybrid, multi-channel route-to-consumer network with a diverse portfolio of brands.The Finance Director leads, directs, develops and manages the financial activities of Mexico including the local finance teams. The role reports to the Finance Director of Emerging International and has a matrix reporting into Mexico's VP, General Manager. The Finance Director is a key member of the B-F Mx Leadership Team, with responsibility for over $300 million in net sales. Provides advice, counsel and leadership on key business issues to the country manager and his/her management team, including strategy, revenue management, business planning, forecasting, financial controls, business processes, information systems and distribution structures. Takes ownership for the financial strategies, reporting and analysis for Mexico's Business Unit. Partnering with regional and corporate teams, overseeing the whole range of accounting, tax, payroll, treasury, and other financial issues related to Mexico.Pivotal to this role, is the ability to inspire, motivate, empower and develop our teams and beyond. Secondary to this, the individual will be responsible for leading a talented group of experts in Finance.Mexico represents the second largest market for B-F. The position requires a significant amount of influence locally and regionally. The ability to navigate a matrix environment and champion the needs of B-F Mx from an organization perspective is essential. It is also a key stakeholder in B-F Mx's objective to build a reputation as an entrepreneurial spirited spirits company, built on trusting relationships with a long term value orientation.The role will require demonstrating capability in Finance, as well as a high level of understanding of the trade, our brands and portfolio prioritization as a whole. You will have the ability to establish and maintain an effective network within the sector at national level.
