In this _high-impact_ and _high-visibility_ role, you will be responsible for strategic leadership and co-pilot role in one of the fastest growing businesses in GEMs. You will partner across cluster leadership and operations teams to support consistent business results and deliver the accelerate ambition for the cluster. You will provide financial insights and advice, support internal and external stakeholders to enable sound business decisions. You will be the strong right hand of the Commercial Directors in driving both short- and long-term sustainable business success.You will serve as the holistic Finance leader or "CFO" of the cluster, responsible for supporting FP&A processes, results delivery and internal controls. Additionally, you will also be the Finance lead responsible for dealing with our external partners in the markets, especially our distributors.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- ** Strategic Business Partner, Co-Pilot**: Act as a strategic and analytical thought partner to the Cluster Commercial Leader, Cluster cross-functional leadership team, and the rest of GEMs Finance on a wide range of financial, strategic, operational, and organizational matters. Help in managing portfolio of brands and markets as regards to investments and prioritization. Partner and collaborate for impact to maximize sustainable business results, assess risks and opportunities and drive accountability across the organization.- **FP&A and Management Reporting**: Responsible for development, execution, and monitoring of operating plans (SP and 3OP), periodic financial forecasts (PEAK), and monthly financial close. Strengthen the finance function in the cluster by enhancing reporting, insights, and analytics. Help identify, evaluate, track and report progress against key strategic priorities to enable growth. Push analytical rigor in thinking and decision making. Anchor and hold the organization accountable in delivering consistent financial results year after year.- **Financial Reporting**: Provide accurate, relevant, and timely analysis, benchmarks, data and insights that improve business decisions and maximize profitable growth. Develop and review financial forecasts with leadership to assure business performance is in line with expectations
