If you do not necessarily meet all the requirements that are listed, we still encourage you to apply for the position.This job might be for you if:Currently in your 6th to 8th semester of a bachelor's degree in business administration, financial education, accounting, or related areas.Intermediate-Advanced level of EnglishAvailable to work 2 days on-site.Desired IT skills: SAP, Power Automate, Power Apps, BI tools (Tableau), advanced Excel, Power Query, SQL or other ETL tools for managing large databases.Proactive and personal interest in supporting your co-workers.Proficiency in data management and modeling.Experience in building automated reports and models is a plus.Understanding of financial concepts and processes is a plus.Attention to detail and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies.Passion for continuous improvements & change management.Proactive and self-starter is a must.Communication and collaboration skills are essential.Portuguese proficiency preferred but not required
