Create and automate decision support tools to enable deeper strategic analysis and predictive analytics- Operationalize IT service catalog and drive automation of cost pool / allocation process- Operationalize IT multi-year P&L framework- Operationalize IT Scorecard and analytics fact pack- Demonstrates COO mindset to Manager $1B+ Corp Operating Budget and Enterprise-wide IT investment portfolio and process which underlies Honeywell's Digital Transformation- Supports the Financial and Planning process for Corporate, including STRAP, AOP, and short-range outlook.- Key leader supporting functional Planning, Estimating, and Reporting with strong productivity accountability.- Identify performance issues within the business and risks and opportunities in current plan or forecast.- Drives results; sets clear targets; aligns teams and resources, monitors the delivery of results through peers and extended teams.- Ensures Financial Compliance and proper Financial Books & Records. Monitors and continually strengthens the global control environment, including process- and financial controls. Embodies a culture of controllership and acts a strong role model for compliance and integrity.**YOU MUST HAVE**- Undergraduate degree is required.
