.Key AccountabilitiesPerform all FP&A reporting to management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (including 3-year Strategy Planning and Budget).Act as a key business partner to the Plant Manager, performing ad-hoc tasks to satisfy requests and inform plant leadership of financial implications of business decisions.Oversee 3-Year Strategy Planning process including coordination with Commercial, Engineering, and Operations functions to present to plant leadership and create long-term financials.Ownership of Budget process, working with plant leadership to set direction and establish financial targets.Direct monthly forecasting process.Oversee monthly close process.Manage and improve Internal Controls and Procedures.Assist with monthly SIOP process.Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX.Fiduciary profit-and-loss responsibility for approximately $20 Million operation.Train non-financial leaders in financial concepts.Partner with other functions and serve as lead financial support for plant projects.Support and guide plant leadership to understand product line profitability.Immediate opportunities to impact the organizationHolding teams accountable for financial results.Improving internal controls and procedures.Enhancing financial analysis.Job Requirements - Capabilities and Success FactorsBachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance.MBA and/or CPA preferred.At least 5 years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment.Previous managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong working knowledge of ERP systems.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Accurate, detailed, and results-oriented.Strong accountability.Hands-on with a bias for action.High sense of urgency.Desire and drive to play a leading role in shaping the development of the Accounting/Finance function in a dynamic, demanding, fast-paced global manufacturing company.Intellectual ability to embrace and learn from challenges associated with working in a multi-cultural, geographically dispersed organization.Able to quickly and effectively build trust, establish credibility, and foster cross-functional working relationships.Ability to communicate complex financials in a way that is understandable at all levels of the organization.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Available to work in Chihuahua, Mexico.About Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord is a $6.5B publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit, and control motion.
