Key Accountabilities- Perform all FP&A reporting to management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (including 3-year Strategy Planning and Budget)- Act as a key business partner to the Plant Manager performing ad-hoc tasks to satisfy requests and inform plant leadership of financial implications of business decisions- Oversee 3-Year Strategy Planning process including coordination with Commercial, Engineering, and Operations functions to coordinate presentation to plant leadership and long-term financials creation- Ownership of Budget process working with plant leadership to set direction and establish financial targets- Direct monthly forecasting process- Oversee monthly close process- Manage and improve Internal Controls and Procedures- Assist with monthly SIOP process- Compliance (GAAP, SOX)- Fiduciary profit-and-loss responsibility for approximately $20 Million operation- Train non-financial leaders in financial concepts- Partner with other functions and serve as lead financial support for plant projects- Support and guidance with plant leadership to understand product line profitabilityImmediate opportunities to impact the organization- Holding teams accountable for financial results- Improve internal controls and procedures- Improve financial analysisJob Requirements - Capabilities and Success Factors- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance- MBA and/or CPA preferred- At least 5 years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment- Previous Manager experience in a manufacturing environment- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills- Strong communication and persuasion skills- Accurate, Detailed and Results oriented- Strong Accountability- Hands-on and bias for action- High sense of urgency- Desire and drive to play a leading role in shaping the development of the Accounting/Finance function in a dynamic, demanding, fast-paced global manufacturing company- Intellectual ability to embrace and learn from the challenges associated with working in a multi-cultural, geographically dispersed organization- Able to quickly and effectively build trust, establish credibility and foster cross functional working relationships- Ability to communicate complex financials in a way that is understandable at all levels of the organization- Bilingual English Spanish- Available to work in Chihuahua, MexicoAbout Regal Rexnord- The Company's end markets benefit from meaningful secular demand tailwinds, and include factory automation, food & beverage, aerospace, medical, data center, warehouse, alternative energy, residential and commercial buildings, general industrial, construction, metals and mining, and agriculture.
