**Position**: Finance Manager

**Location**: Hermosillo, Sonora

**Objective**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting to inform business decisions.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare detailed financial reports.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Drive team leadership and development, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to align financial goals with company objectives and report on financial performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in leadership roles with strong managerial capabilities.
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.

- In-depth understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.

**Salary**: $35,000.00 per month
