This role will partner with the respective site Director, Value Stream Director, site Leadership Team members, finance direct reports, and the regional and global CSS SC / finance organizations to achieve short-term financial performance commitments and evaluate strategic long-term opportunities for the site.The Finance Manager will own site Business Planning & Actual Results and the periodic Forecast Update processes with business partners ensuring the reliability of the financial information and its timely submission / dissemination to all relevant stakeholders. He / she will lead total the cost estimation of new product introductions as well as review and approve annual & interim changes in standard costs in collaboration with the Principal Inventory & Costing COE. He / she will partner with the PIC and Global Services COEs to provide insights on budget vs actual drivers, operational metrics, and frame results including the clear communication of risks and opportunities.**You will be responsible for**:- Planning, Forecasting & Standard Cost Setting Coordination: challenge priorities & assumptions with business partners, build financial models, review financial outputs with management, and influence senior leadership decision making.- Performance Analytics and Reporting: Review and communicate performance drivers, metrics, risks, and opportunities; formulate and drive associated action plans
