**Mission of this position**:
This finance position aims to ensure that the company complies with the financial laws and regulations that fall within its purview, mitigating the company's legal responsibility as it relates to financial legislation. Likewise, identify areas of opportunity in the financial field, which allow a greater profitability of the business.

**Key responsabilities**:

- Lead and motivate the Finance & Accounting department.
- Lead all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management (treasury).
- Supervise and review accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes, and legal compliance.
- Review of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Preparation of management reports focusing on profit margin analysis and project control according to the PoC method.
- Construction and management of monthly and annual liquidity forecasts.
- Present financial reports to executives, board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Advise the Chief Executive Officer and the Senior Management Team on all matters related to financial performance.
- Collaborate with the headquarters in Switzerland to ensure financial reporting, such as monitoring of key performance indicators.
- Adhere to local GAAP and IFRS.
- Prepare direct and indirect tax forms.
- Implement and maintain the group's ICS (Internal Control System) in accordance with the requirements of the Headquarters in Switzerland.
- Continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaising with external advisors and institutions.
- Improve the company's overall economic performance.
- Deeply analyze the company's financial statements to identify areas for improvement to increase the company's profitability.
- Identify potential capital leakage and financial risks.
- Calculate deferred taxes.
- Control the payroll and labor tax process in collaboration with Human Resources, ensuring that payroll complies with applicable concepts.
- Ensure that performance goals are monitored, and that feedback is provided in a timely manner.
- Document procedures, minutes, manuals, and service reports with order and discipline.
- Attend the meetings that are required in a timely and participative manner, always maintaining an atmosphere of respect and a proactive approach.
- Respect all the guidelines set by the company.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration or related university degree, with a professional degree.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in similar positions, supervising/executing processes such as: accounting records, entries, balance sheets, monthly and annual reports, monitoring of billing issues, cash flow, payment control, tax compliance, projections and budgets.
- Extensive expertise in tax matters.
- Widely acquainted with laws of the Bank of Mexico, National Financial Organization, National Savings Bank and Financial Services Organization, Investment Fund, Federal Mortgage Society, Credit Institutions.
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills.
- Management of Accounting Programs (Contpaq)
- Proficiency in the management of Electronic Banking.
- Management of SAT/IMSS/INFONAVIT portals.
- Advanced Excel Proficiency
- Intermediate English.
