**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary financial team in the Operational Finance environment, with a primary focus on construction job cost, ad-hoc reporting/analysis, management reporting and revenue recognition.
- US and Canada Project Support (Claiming, Billing, Billing Certification, Overhead, Travel Expenses).
- Resource planning.
- Annual Budget and Forecast.
- Financial and KPI Reports.
- Expenses control.
- AP & AR process knowledge.
- Perform other job-related duties as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years relevant/technical work experience.
- Preferred experience in EPC business, controlling and finance.
- This role requires strong business acumen as well as leadership skills in the areas of communication, training, integrity and confidentiality required.
- Service Delivery Center / Shared Service General management desirable.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, elite Excel abilities
- Experience with SAP and Power BI is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
