Finance Manager

Assist in the preparation and review of internal monthly and annual financial statements.- Prepare and submit monthly and annual whole sale trade reports.- Check, approve, and code international wires for payment.- Prepare monthly account reconciliations.- Generate internal reports as needed.- Assist in annual financial statement audit.- Assist in preparing the annual budget.- Assist with the administration of the flexible spending account.- Reconciliation of bank accounts.- Complete various forms as required by vendors/customers.- Correspond with customers and vendors as needed.- Approve and release decisions for checks via website when submitted for payment.- Print daily accounts payable checks.- Cancel issues, stop payments, and void checks.- Assist various departments with special projects.- Data analysis as needed.- Prepare and make journal entries.- Prepare and submit sales tax returns.- Graph data for management analysis.- Prepare and record wire transfers.- Maintain fixed asset accounts.- Complete company reporting information as requested.- Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes throughout the operational organization.- Performs other duties, as assigned.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $43,000.00 - $52,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Finance: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
