Responsible for providing integrated financial guidance and insight to support business strategy development, decision making and performance management.Financial Planning and AnalysisDrive the Financial Planning & Forecasting process with business partners to achieve business goals (FY Plan, Outlooks, Budgets).Work alongside the regional FP&A team, Controlling and Financial Services to produce monthly P&L reports that provide financial insights and variance analysis on monthly results vs forecast, highlighting risks and opportunities.Multiple financial scenarios: P&L (Topline, Channels, Categories), Taxes, Logistics, Distribution, Investments, Overheads and others, performing ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions.Manage risk and opportunities to deliver the business plan, influencing business partners to make the right decisions.Support accounting, statutory and tax processes by providing complete and robust financial information.Conduct profitability analysis by market by key customers/doors for physical retail with recommendations to improve (Trade Investment ROI and Promotional ROI insights).Deliver insightful analysis that supports commercial decisions.Create monthly balance reconciliations by market by channel and customer.Create and control report of Price and Promotions for Indirect and Direct Channels (Net revenue management).Partner with Sales team to provide finance support and analytics.Marketing FinanceLead the financial planning of BBI (Brand Building Investment) expenses (forecasting / budgeting).Work in partnership with the Marketing teams, supporting ROI analysis that informs the right decisions on future expenditure and driving cost control to improve profitability.Drive clarity and accountability on BBI budgets across the teams, establishing suitable controls to support them.Seek opportunity to improve the process, systems, reporting and analytics; be able to present recommendations and influence organization to implement change.About You:What you'll need to have:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent (MBA is a plus)
