Finance Manager - Manufacturing Operations Latin

.The Finance Manager for Latin America Manufacturing Operations is a direct report to the Latin America Finance Director with a strong dotted reporting line to the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Finance Director. The position has 7 direct reports and will be responsible for the financial management of 5 manufacturing locations in Mexico, Brazil and the Dominican Republic as well as provide management oversight for the Latin America cost accounting team. In addition, he/she will provide business decision support to the Director of Manufacturing Operations in Latin America who is responsible for these 5 manufacturing locations, and their respective leadership teams.**More specific responsibilities include**:- The manufacturing locations covered by this role include two locations in Monterrey (Mexico), Tecate (Mexico), Dominican Republic, and Jundiai (Brazil)- Key responsibilities include business decision support, guidance and oversight of the plant Finance leads, FP&A processes, financial analysis, and internal controls- FP&A processes including review and analysis of operating results, identification of risks and opportunities, and recommendation of actions to the manufacturing operations leadership team to improve overall operational and financial performance of the individual plants- He/she will have frequent interaction with the BU finance teams to ensure alignment- Ensure meaningful business data is being provided to the ISC leadership team that helps improve decision making and financial performance- Ensure predictability of financial results by driving effective AOP and quarterly forecasting processes- Provide insight on how to optimize inventory levels and review capital investments
