The Finance Manager / Mexico City Global Business Finance (GBF) Site Leader is a critical role to lead a team of analysts to produce critical corporate reports at a high quality in a timely manner. This is a working manager role with ownership of critical reports in addition to managing the team.The Finance manager work with the analyst team to improve the insights from the current reports as well as building out and enhancing analytical capabilities, and add data driven financial intelligence to the business leaders.As Mexico City GBF Site Leader, the individual will oversee the general skills of the GBF team, maintaining knowledge and relationship with all Mexico GBF employees (not only direct reports) to support rotation of team through functional roles to build and enhance their development and careers.The individual will be a critical and out-of-the box thinker with strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills to help build out a structured and insightful team of analysts. A motivated, self-driven finance professional with 8+ years of FP&A experience in mid to large size high tech companies, with strong focus on corporate reporting experience.**Essential Functions**:Manage and develop small team of analysts to produce high quality reportsMaintain individual tasks and reports in a working manager capacityDrive of new metrics needed to create visibility for corporate performance and define / quantify and implement reporting cadenceOverall Mexico City Global Business Finance site leader -maintain knowledge and relationship with Mexico all employees (not only direct reports) to support rotation of team through functional rolesAd-hoc financial analysis to include designing financial models and analyze historical, current, and projected financial data to support corporate activities.Continuously monitor and improve current processes to streamline and scale.Create and maintain an environment of personal accountability that encourages ownership of issues and standards of excellence.Be a leader and driver of change management**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA strongly preferred.Minimum 8 years related work experience, with minimum of 5 years of global corporate reporting, with direct reports in a medium to large size high-tech company.Proven track record of continuously monitoring and improving processes to enable scalable finance organization.Excellent reporting, analytical and modelling skills with ability to clearly summarize and present findings to achieve business objectives and goals.Track record of developing early career analystsHighly proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.Strong knowledge of ERP and Data WarehouseExperience in SaaS companies.
