.The Finance Manager – Project Office is responsible for managing projects and initiatives to enhance effective end-to-end Finance processes using the Onestream platform and SAP.He/she manages the project roadmap, timeline, and project status reporting. He/She also coordinates with the IT teams to ensure all technical functionalities or issues are properly addressed to support the delivery of the Finance project. The Finance Manager - Project Office ensures the resolution of all escalations and issue assignments in a timely manner. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the business processes that support our financial consolidation and reporting functions.The Finance Manager – Project Office is responsible for producing the reporting and status documents of projects under his responsibility as well as coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders (internal & external). Key activities and responsibilities:Define and manage the project timeline and roadmap for the Onestream platform in line with SAP constraints and other project implementations.Define the functional requirements in line with the business requirements.Define the test plan, UAT requirements, and test scenarios.Coordinate and manage the technical requirements and their delivery (EPIC) with the IT teams.Produce project status documents and templates.Knowledge of the Agile methodology to act as product owner.Identify, manage, and deliver project and process improvement initiatives as directed.Lead end-to-end process design, optimization, and governance of the consolidation tool and define the global to-be process ensuring it aligns with business objectives and compliance with Group policies.Coordinate with key stakeholders, i.E. the business, the Group Consolidation team, the technical team, and the management, all aspects and steps of the initiatives/projects delivery.Oversee implementation linked to the consolidation tool, including new feature roll-outs, upgrades, and system integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Develop training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in using the tool. Provide ongoing support and ensure that any issues that arise are addressed.Ensure all process changes are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization.Experience required:5 years of experience in Finance-related project management (strong experience with Onestream and SAP is a critical requirement).4-6 years of work experience in an environment preferably within a medium to large international company with a matrix business structure.Proven experience in financial consolidation, reporting, or a similar role within a corporate environment.Experience in managing medium-sized projects.Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to middle management
